Welcome to PETRUX products and services! These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PETRUX Tech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "PETRUX" or "we") regarding your use of PETRUX smart hardware, App, Mini Program, and website.

2. Use of Software and Services

You need to download and install the PETRUX exclusive application or use the WeChat Mini Program to get the complete software and hardware experience. We grant you a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use this software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software.

3. Pet Dietary Advice Disclaimer

All pet recipes and nutritional advice provided by PETRUX are generated based on conventional healthy pet models and public nutritional theories, and are for reference only. We recommend that you consult a professional veterinarian when changing your pet's diet or if your pet has special health issues (such as allergies, chronic diseases, etc.). PETRUX is not legally responsible for any direct or indirect pet health issues arising from total reliance on system recommendations.

4. Device Usage Specifications

You should strictly operate the smart cooker according to the safety specifications in the product manual. You are solely responsible for any damage to the device or injury to persons/pets caused by violation of operating procedures (such as dry burning, water immersion, inserting non-food hard objects, etc.).

5. Agreement Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service when necessary. Once the modified terms are published, they will effectively replace the original terms. If you do not accept the modified terms, please stop using our services immediately.
